The thing is buggey,
These politicians come on these shows with talking points, and the host asks them a straight up question, and they evade the question and instead talk about what they want to -- i.e. back to their preferred talking points. In most cases these hosts sit there and let them ramble on, politely, filibustering the short valuable television time allocated.

Next thing you know time has run out, the politician evaded the question the viewers want answered, and the interview was nothing more than a talking point opportunity for the politician.

I get so freaking tired of it. I appreciate television hosts that are vigilante like Ratigan against this obvious filibustering. If you can't answer, or refuse to answer the question, as Ms. Wasserman just did, then you deserve to get called out.

Dee,
I went to Lowry's site. Is he some kind of Tea Partier? OMFG! Sorry dude. I'll take Debbie anyday over someone like that.

On his site he says he thinks our private sector health care system is working. Nuff Said -- he's nuts.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz knows nothing. Robert Lowry will be taking her place for Florida's US Congressional District 20 in 2010. LowryforCongress (dotcom) is the web site. Be gone, Debbie, be gone!
